The contact form does not submit to a server. It composes a message on your device and opens WhatsApp so you can review and send it yourself. We only receive what you choose to send, and that conversation is then handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

The construction cost estimator runs entirely in your browser. The property type, area and finishing level you enter are not stored on our servers.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and services are useful. The analytics script is not loaded at all until you press “Accept analytics”. Until then, Google Consent Mode is set to denied.

If you accept, Google Analytics may set:

• _ga — distinguishes browsers, expires after 2 years.
• _ga_<container-id> — keeps session state, expires after 2 years.

We enable IP anonymisation and send no advertising signals: ad storage, ad user data and ad personalisation remain denied permanently. Google LLC processes this data as our processor; see Google's privacy policy for details.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which reports aggregate page views without cookies and without cross-site identifiers. It is not used to profile individual visitors.

Property listings are served from our database provider (Supabase). Loading a listing does not create an advertising profile of you.

You can change or withdraw your analytics choice at any time. Withdrawing expires the Google Analytics cookies on this site and stops further analytics events.
